Our mission as a local Certified Development Company is to provide fixed-rate SBA 504 Loans for owner-occupied real estate acquisitions and equipment purchases to small and medium sized businesses in Central and Northern California by partnering with banks, private lenders, and credit unions.

• Cen Cal Business Finance Group has been a certified development company since 1984, and we specialize in small business loans to help businesses expand and create jobs. • A Certified Development Company (CDC) is a nonprofit corporation certified and regulated by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to administer the SBA 504 Loan Program.
• As a CDC we work in partnership with banks, credit unions, and other lenders to provide small and mid-sized businesses with long-term, fixed-rate financing for major assets—like purchasing real estate, constructing buildings, or buying heavy equipment.
• Our goal is to provide fixed-rate SBA 504 Loans to small and medium sized businesses in Central and Northern California with outstanding, competent, trustworthy, and friendly service.
